"Derek and Kristi were so easy to photograph. I could just tell them to look at each other and they had this sort of glow! This shoot was one of those perfect days where everything just works. First off, we were in Vancouver and it wasn't raining, we had collectively come up with some great locations, Derek and Kristi were up for anything and we set to work! I love the two different looks they chose, shooting in both English Bay and Gastown allowed us a lot of diversity in their shoot and many beautiful photos of them!" ~rhonda

"The Heppell family lives on a beautiful farm with locations galore. There are old barns complete with peeling paint, new barns that are shiny and sleek, green space, dirt road...the list goes on. So when we were talking about their family session it was just a natural location choice. Couple the wonderful location with a family that is so fun, relaxed and really enjoys each other and it was one of those sessions that just felt like we were hanging out for the day and not "photoshoot" like at all. It was such a joy to capture the moments of laughter, the children's interactions and the spontaneous hugs." ~rhonda
