Rhonda has been packing a camera around with her for longer than she can remember.   Her love of and desire to capture the beauty in all things around her is what drew her to photography and what keeps her learning, growing and challenging herself in it.

She is largely a natural light photographer but given the fact that she lives and works in a city which boasts being the fourth wettest out of 100 major cities in Canada – there is, from time to time, a need to use lighting.

While there are many facets of photography that Rhonda is passionate about there is something so special to her in giving new parents the gift of a beautiful portrait of their little one.

Newborns, babies, curious toddlers and inquisitive kids are what inspire her to keep shooting, capturing their innocence, their natural charm, their thoughtful moments and huge smiles!

Rhonda believes that every photograph is a work of art.   It demands quality, personal expression, is not of ordinary significance and requires a process to achieve.   This process, in Rhonda’s case, is through a relaxed, friendly and comfortable environment for everyone, especially her subjects.   Through candid interaction her goal is to capture each one’s unique personality and create a piece of art that displays just that.
