You've seen Jack before on here, both here and in here!  I got to hang out with him again recently.  You'll see he's changed just a bit since the last time I photographed him!

Jack isn't shy.  He just learned how to play peek-a-boo.

And he's incredibly inquisitive.  You should have seen his face when he noticed that there was music on!

He's learning to stand while propped up against something often using his belly as support!

He appreciates the simple things in life like playing with his shoes or his sock monkey that his mama made him

And he's got the most delicious arm dimples and smushy cheeks one could hope for.

I can't wait to see him again in a few months.  Only then I'm quite certain I'll have a harder time keeping up with him!  

Meet Jonah.  Jonah's mommy and daddy absolutely adore him.  I know this for certain because at one point I had to ask his daddy to move his hands off of Jonah because they were in all of the pictures.  You could tell that no matter how many snuggles and kisses they got - they wanted more!  I love it when families are just so in love with one another that it oozes out of them.  Here are just a few from our time together.

I had the privilege of photographing this stylish little one at only 4 days old!  Mom had been given a gift certificate for a newborn session for Christmas (rhonda fast photography gifts are about the best there is!)  and so together we awaited the arrival of this precious little bundle!

Well, here it is 2010 (for a whole 13 days now).  I have to admit, when I was a kid I thought for sure by now we'd have hover cars and dress predominantly in metallics.  Guess I was wrong.  Anyways...

I just wanted to update the blog to wish you all a Happy New Year and to let you know that I have definitely not forgotten about updating around here.  Thing is maternity sessions don't always make the blog for discretionary reasons and I am eagerly anticipating the phone calls from two clients whose babies were suppose to make their world debut on the same day!  I can't wait to do their newborn sessions!

So there will be more updates in the weeks to come.  Until then, stay well.  And admire this beautiful belly.

I just wanted to wish all of you a very Merry and Blessed Christmas as we celebrate the birth of our dear Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  I wish all of you time spent with family, rest, joy, and the making of many memories which can be held in your hearts for the years to come.
